OKC Thunder to collect toys before Lakers game

Drop off unwrapped gifts to needy children Friday from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

WHEN: Friday, Dec. 7 6:30-8:30 p.m.

WHERE: Look for tents in front of main entrance

The Salvation Army Oklahoma Area Command is collecting unwrapped Christmas toys for area children from birth through 18-years-old. The toys will be donated to the Angel Tree project and distributed to needy families prior to Christmas. Popular toys this holiday include mp3 players, rip sticks, boom boxes, video games and remote control cars and helicopters.
