Crews fight fire at Norman waste water treatment plant

NORMAN, Okla. – Crews are on the way to check out a large plume of smoke reported near the waste water treatment plant in Norman near campus.

Authorities said the fire started near the waste water treatment plant at 3500 S. Jenkins.

Fire officials said some filters and grass are burning.

So far no injuries have been reported
