Healthy grilling
It’s about that time; people everywhere are getting the grills out for the summer season, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your waist line. Shelley Lombardi is a Weight Watcher’s Representative and shows us some great, healthy grilling techniques.
She made, chicken Caesar salad, chicken pita pockets, and chicken pasta salad. She also did shrimp; shrimp salad sandwich and shrimp wrap or shrimp cocktail.
In the veggie area she did an assortment of fresh veggies and veggie and hummus sandwich. Plus, a vegetable tortilla and a vegetable wrap.
