Local Sales Assistant/Sales Trainee

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Assistant position are to handle all sales orders duties originating from KFOR/KAUT Television Sales.

Receives and confirms KFOR/KAUT TV sales orders
Completes/processess orders and inputs same into traffic system, as needed
Clears discrepancies with agencies and sales manager
Schedules make-goods or replacement orders
Works with accounting department to correct billing errors
Performs typing assignments such as monthly,quarterly and annual reports
Enters,maintains, and creates paid program calendar and orders
Update and maintain electronic invoice files
Performs other duties as assigned

Experience: Knowledge of traffic computer system, office equipment such as fax machine, PC, computer software-Microsoft, Word,Excel etc.

Requirements:
Dexterity to operate keys and buttons on computers, telephone and other office equipment. Ability to lift up to 10 or more pounds as needed. Must have a current and valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
